Had excellent stay in this little hotel, the staff were kind, location was favourable right near the park. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, multi-channel television, a microwave and a refrigerator.

The location is fantastic, with the hotel being close to the park, beach, squares, and plenty of dining options, and there is also a great chocolate shop nearby.

The hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were reasonably spacious and huge. My room included multi-channel television, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The location was marvellous, at a medium distance from Monumento a Hernando de Magallanes.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was so convenient being right next to a supermarket. I could easily grab snacks or groceries whenever I needed them. Plus, being near the waterfront was amazing. I enjoyed taking walks along the beach and enjoying the beautiful views. The hotel was also right in the center of town, so I was close to everything. There were so many delicious restaurants around that served mouthwatering meals.

The only downside was that the walls in the room were a bit thin. I could occasionally hear noise from the neighboring rooms.

Brand new hotel, comfortable room, kitchen to cook, good cleaning service, helpful staff, breakfast provided.

The brand-new hotel has fabulously helpful and especially helpful staff. The setting is excellent and comfy, so close to many restaurants, the city center, and a nearby supermarket.

The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants that serve delicious food. Guests can easily find a variety of dining options just down from the main square. Additionally, the hotel is close to the port and other restaurants, making it convenient to explore and dine out. The location is perfect for those who want to be very close to everything Punta Arenas has to offer.

The room temperature was difficult to control, resulting in some discomfort during the stay.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel in a central location. The staff here were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. One particular staff member even organized transportation for me to retrieve a valuable item I had left behind. This exceptional service truly impressed me. The hotel was also very clean, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The rooms were spacious with a kitchenette, perfect for those longer stays. The basic amenities provided, such as fresh eggs, butter, and jam in the fridge each day, made for a great start to my mornings. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
